This is a message to Mr. Joe Scott.  I had written and called earlier in the month to express my thanks for an outstanding product.  I even had the opportunity to talk to the young lady who set up and ran your recent on-line survey.  Yesterday, I had resolved what was, for me, a very vexing problem regarding the audible alert for the POIs.  I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Mr. Robert Anderson of your Help Desk staff.  In a matter of moments he was able to "take over" my computer and to do what needed to be done.

It is so refreshing to be able to call a Help Desk and actually talk to someone who knows what to do. In my humble opinion, people like Mr. Anderson are an important ingredient in the success of your company.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note.  I’m in sales, cover the DC/MD region and a road warrior. Recently, I received a notice from the car company our firm uses for company cars, that my registration was up for renewal and that I needed to take care of a violation. Thinking that I forgot a parking ticket I found out that I actually had 4 speeding tickets from cameras. These cameras are in Montgomery County, MD. In order to get my registration renewed, I had to shell out $ 205.00 for the four tickets!

You guys are doing an amazing job. I love the fact that the database is updated by drivers who have intimate knowledge of the locations they are reporting on. I myself have reported half a dozen speed traps and red light cameras in my area. I have also verified some speed traps and camera locations that were already reported by other drivers. I love the community aspect of it. It’s like each driver is responsible for mapping his or her own back yard and sharing it with other drivers from different parts of the city or state. When you multiply that by thousands of drivers reporting and verifying locations it makes for a credible database. Genius.

I heard about you on FOX 10 in Phoenix this past summer. I thought it was a cool idea and I remember saying I should get that for my Magellan. Well, the following week I wished I had. I had to drive to LA for business and yes I used my GPS to get there and back. Well I am sure you know what happened next… Can you believe it? I got two tickets. One on the way and another one on the way back. Boy was it embracing and damn costly. I was livid. As soon as I got back I went straight to your website and checked out your enforcement map to see if the locations where I got pulled over at were reported. Sure enough they were. Damn. If I had only loaded my Magellan with your phantomalert database I could have avoided those tickets. By the way, I also went ahead and verified those locations. I hope I can save a fellow driver a costly ticket.

Very Cool! Easy to load. Easy to use and very effective. It’s been spot-on most of the time. I get ample warnings for speed traps and red light cameras. Definitely worth the $9.99 a month. I’d say it’s paid for itself the first time it alerted me to a speed trap location. I was doing 10 over the limit and I suddenly hear the alert on my TOMTOM and reduced my speed immediately. There he was a CHP cruiser hiding on side of the road. I swear he would have got me had I not seen the alert to slow down on my TOMTOM. I think I am going to upgrade to the life time subscription. Please get the word out so that more drivers report new locations.

I love PhantomAlert. My Garmin goes off every time I approach those pesky speed cameras. I used to think I knew where all the cameral were located. Boy was I wrong. I have noticed there are more cameras than I care to count. You’ve saved me from a couple of tickets for sure. I also like the fact that I get alerts for speed traps and Scholl zones. It’s made me slow down at all the right places. I highly recommend. It’s easy to load and I get daily alerts for new enforcement locations. It’s about time someone came up with a service like this. Keep it up.

I recently purchase your Phantom Alert System and had difficulty in down load the software etc.  I call your offices and Mr. David Green called me back and was most helpful in installing your system on to my Garmin.  He was very patient and understanding and I would consider him a "true professional".  Your are very fortunate to have a gentleman of his caliber on your staff.
