it always leads me here...

Welcome Back. We've made some changes…

You've likely arrived at this page because you bookmarked the GPS download page from the old site. Or maybe the smartgps page. Or perhaps some other page that would get you to your dataset.

No problems, we're here to help. Most importantly:

  • You're still a member. We have your account info.
  • You still have a subscription. It will be applied to your account.
  • You can still share your subscription. We've made it easier to do so.
  • You can still get to a single download page.

There's lots of nice enhancements the new site has to make things easier for you (and more are under development right now). Take a look around when you get a chance.

For now though, you just want to login. We understand.

/dashboard/devices/

that's the new link. When you go there, like before, you will be asked for your username and password.

PIN = Password simple as that.

So, as an example, if I previously bought a Lifetime subscription and my PIN was 123456 and email account was hotfoot@phantomalert.com, I'd click /dashboard/devices/ and login like this:

login example

After pressing the sign in button, assuming that my password (PIN) was correct, the dashboard will be displayed with the devices section already selected. like this:

dashboard devices example

From here, its a simple matter of selecting the GPS device from the list, confirming your transfer and dataset options, and then installing the database.

You're Good to Go!

One last thing. On the image above - see the blue menu bar at the top right of the screen?
That's where the dashboard and login buttons live.

Successfully logging in (like I did) will add a welome message plus links to dashboard, logout and support. That menu is there so you can navigate around the site and always be one click away from your settings.

What's my password?
It's your old PIN number. Login with the email address and PIN you signed up with.

Can't remember your PIN? Click forgot password and the system will send you a new password.

Additional PIN / account info can be found in this FAQ post. Let's all call them passwords now.
